Shipping policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing on the next business day.

During high-volume periods (holidays, product drops, pre-orders), processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we will notify you by email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing times.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


Pre-Orders

Pre-order items ship according to the timeline listed on each product page.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, shipments may be split unless otherwise noted.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
We are unable to reroute packages once they are in transit.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, College Coffee Network™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at derrick@collegecoffee.co with your order number and photos of the damage so we can assist you.


Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or are missing an item, notify us within 7 days of delivery at derrick@collegecoffee.co and we will resolve the issue promptly.


Return Shipping

Return shipping terms are outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
All returns must be approved before being sent back.
