Overview
We stand behind the craftsmanship, quality, and experience of every College Coffee™ product. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right. This policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled across all global orders.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, items must be:

unused, unworn, and in the same condition received

in original packaging (bags, apparel packaging, tags, labels, etc.)

accompanied by proof of purchase

Once approved, we will issue a return authorization and provide the correct return address.

Return Approval Process
Once your return request is reviewed:

You will receive a confirmation email.

A prepaid return label may be issued when applicable.

Instructions on packaging and shipping will be provided.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue.
We will promptly replace the item or issue a refund depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Opened coffee bags or used K-cups (food products cannot be restocked once opened)

Custom or personalized items

Final-sale or clearance products

Digital products or gift cards

Hazardous materials (if applicable)

Exchanges
Need a different size or color?
The fastest way is to return the original item once approved and place a new order.
European Union (EU) Customers
EU customers have a 14-day withdrawal right for qualifying items.
To exercise this, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status within 5 business days.
If approved:

Processing may take 10 business days depending on your bank
